01
The problem
Freight and logistics is crowded with brokers and carriers who demand proof of trust, compliance, and professionalism before awarding dedicated contracts. Shippers need fast verification of operating authority, safety standards, insurance, and equipment—while a lean startup budget required incorporation paperwork, visual branding, conversion-focused web engineering, and outbound acquisition with zero waste. The company started with no market footprint.
02
Role & responsibilities
- Designed logo, color, typography, and vector assets reflecting reliability and modern commercial freight standards
- Produced cohesive collateral for digital touchpoints, proposals, rate sheets, and broker onboarding packets
- Built a mobile-first web platform highlighting fleet capabilities, regions, FTL/LTL/expedited offerings, and compliance badges
- Integrated quote and lead capture flows (cargo specs, ZIPs, pickup dates) into dispatch communication channels
- Guided corporate/commercial setup documentation for consistent, audit-ready DOT/MC and public profiles
- Packaged digital presentations, rate proposals, and service guarantees that closed the first exclusive contract
03
Process
Brand & trust
Created a clean, authoritative identity and matching marketing assets so every broker-facing touchpoint—site, proposal, rate sheet—signaled the same professionalism established carriers expect.
Web & conversion
Engineered a fast, accessible SPA with semantic HTML, logistics-focused metadata/schema, and interactive quote workflows. Near-instant load times and clear capability surfaces maximized conversion for B2B freight brokers.
Ops & acquisition
Aligned entity docs and public profiles for compliance readiness, then positioned capabilities against high-volume shipping requirements. Structured lead capture kept broker inquiries frictionless with near-zero drop-off.
04
Execution
Delivered brand, site, and pitch materials as one package: the website established credibility; quote pipelines routed inquiries straight to dispatch; outbound presentations and rate proposals closed the first exclusive dedicated shipping contract. Architecture was left modular for future fleet tracking, client document management, load board feeds, TMS integrations, and automated reporting.

Learnings
"In B2B freight, the product isn’t only the website—it’s a trust system. Matching brand, compliance-ready profiles, and a high-converting quote surface turned a zero-footprint launch into a contract-winning pitch, without burning a lean budget on vanity scope."
